9am – 5pm (Weekdays & Weekends). We are closed on Tuesdays EXCEPT during Malaysia public holidays and school holidays.

Is there an entrance fee?
Fees are RM 10/person on Weekdays and RM 15/person on Weekends.
Should I bring my own food?
Visitors may bring their own food. Be mindful of littering so as to maintain our park’s cleanliness for all to enjoy.
What if it rains during my visit?
Certain activities may not be available under certain weather conditions. Speak to our staff when you visit to see how we can maximise your enjoyment during your time here.

Who should I go to for assistance during my visit?
Our staff at the Discovery Wetlands Hub will be more than happy to assist you! If you require assistance when you’re out exploring the wetlands, our Wetlands Rangers are easily recognised by their smart khaki uniform.
Do you host events like birthdays and weddings?
We have hosted several events including birthdays and weddings, and would be honoured to be a part of your special day! Enquire more through email: enquiries@discoverywetlands.com.my.
What if I lose something at the park?
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Lost and found items that are surrendered to our staff may be collected from the Information Centre at Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands Hub.
Is your park family-friendly?
We have taken active measures in ensuring that our grounds are safe for all of our visitors.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we will implement screenings at our entrances for both staff and visitors to ensure everyone’s safety.
Is smoking permitted on the grounds?
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is to be limited to designated areas.
Are there ATMs at the site?
We encourage visitors to come prepared with enough cash for food and other essential purchases, as there are no ATMs on-site. Refer to our itinerary planner here to gauge your budget.
Is there a place to store my belongings?
Visitors are encouraged to travel light and pack only essentials as there will be no dedicated storage facilities on-site.
